Description

Job Summary Under the supervision of the Logistic Manager; the Logistic crdt. Should plan, implement and control the movement of the goods from point of Origin to point of destination. Essential Job Functions 1)Follow up with supplier on production process & cargo ready date. 2)Rate request 3)Negotiate with shipping lines and forwarders to achieve the best Price & service. 4)Booking order 5)Prepare & implement shipping schedule 6)Follow up on orders to assure on time delivery 7)Follow up on shipping lines for Booking release’ 8)Provide timely updates to client and concerned on all shipments 9)Insure the cargo 10) Responsible of Issuing documents (invoice , packing list , Co and other certifications if needed) 11)Clearance instructions as per each country’s regulations 12)Follow up on clearance & delivery to client’s warehouse 13) Review shipping invoices and freight forwarder charges Essential Requirements: Education: University degree Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience Skills: -Strong experience Cross shipments -Good knowledge in preparing needed documents -Fluent in English. -Able to work under pressure -Dynamic & team player -Must have a good computer knowledge
